AbdullaAli - Actually I don't water the mulberry tree very often. It just won't stop growing. I think pruning is what makes a difference.

It's a desert here so I'm thinking of daily watering

Thank you so much for the nice comments. My husband and I spend lots of time working on it but we really enjoy it.
I have 5 spoiled Russian tortoises living very happily there.
