Outdoor tortoise enclosure

Hi, I am unable to have a permanent outdoor enclosure but I still want to make a "haven" for Pistachio without me having to watch and move him outdoors. Do you guys have any ideas on how to make an enclosure portable?

There are so many ways...

Cinder or slump stone blocks. Wooden stakes with plywood walls. Puppy pen style fences with plywood inside for a visual barrier. Railroad ties. Chicken coops from Tractor Supply. I have an 8x8 made into an 8x16 with plywood around the bottom for a visual barrier.
