Painted Turtle Life Expectancy Question

This is Napoleon. He is 29 years old, I adopted him a few months back. I believe he is an eastern painted turtle, although I'm not sure of the subspecies. He is almost exactly 5 inches long, if not slightly smaller.
He's an active little guy, and is never full, I swear he could eat a horse.

I have a question for the seasoned keepers out there about life expectancy. He is 29, so getting up there. The shelter made it sound like he could die at any moment. Idk, he seems pretty healthy and happy to me, but has very little muscle tone. I have no idea what his conditions were before as he was a surrender and the only information the old owner gave is that they had him 28 years, and a year later I found him.

If it's healthy expect around 20-15 more years before it passes away of old age. Unless it has some disease it should be fine.

He seems healthy. He's a great eater, always hungry, and very active. He's in a smaller tank, standard 30 gallon filled halfway per the rescues specifications, because of his missing back feet. He can't swim as well without them, but gets around fine so I'm going to upgrade him soon.
I've been changing the water every other day, and have 2 Canister filters running to make sure the water stays clean.
