Howdy,

I'm Pam from Texas and I'm a turtleholic...LOL

I have been keeping Redfoots and Leopard Tortoises. I am not an expert, I have much to learn. I have only been keeping tortoises for about 5 years. My Redfoots babies are just starting to lay eggs. This has been my current tortoise project. I have been active on some Redfoot and African Tortoise groups so someone might know me here. Any way, Hello all...

WoW, What I warm welcome, Thanks everybody. I have 10 babies with shells LOL! And Counting

7 Redfoots plus eggs in the incubator
Bo, my big beautiful studly boy
Betty, my big female
Lucy, My other bigger female
Ethel, Another female, still to small to breed
Bubby, almost 5 year old young male
Sissy, Almost 5 year old young female possibly Bubby's sister
and little newly hatched Eggbert

Betty and Lucy are the ones laying eggs

3 Leopards
Gator my adult girl
Buttercup almost 3 years old
Stomper almost 3 years old

A few other pets,

5 Coatis (South American Raccoons)
2 Atrox, 1 albino, 1 het for Albino
1 Boa ( new adoption on the way)
2 GSD's ( One of which is a puppy )
1 Great Pyreness

And from time to time anything else that I might foster til placed or rehab til release back to the wild. I never keep anything I can release back to the wild safely. I am an advocate for leaving wild local turtles in the wild, I have never seen a wild tortoise in Texas yet. Although we do have some. I think those are mostly in the West.

Photography is my other hobby, I love to go to Zoo's and take pictures of the wildlife that shares their habitats...
