Hi, so I was just sitting there admiring my red foot tortoise and I saw that my cuttlebone turned yellow and just assumed it was pee (and it probably is) but then I spot this super tiny little bug crawl out from it and my instincts told me to kill it so I did. It was like a caramel colored bug and it was super tiny. Does anyone know what it is? It really gave me goose bumps. :(

That's not all, though. I recently bought this fake plant that was on a supposedly fake log and I think it isn't fake. Little sprouts starting coming out from it and moss. Is that going to be fine for the tortoise? That wasn't the thing that worried me, though. What worried me are these little white thingy majigger that looks like someone sprinkled baby powder on the log. I don't remember seeing that yesterday and when I tried pouring water over it because I thought it was the calcium powder I was giving him, but it didn't come off. I'll post a link to a picture of it. I'm kinda freaked out that something laid eggs on it. :(

The white stuff looks like mold or fungus to me.

So let's see what the cause is.

What type of tortoise do you have?

What type of enclosure is it... table or viv? Does it have a lid?
What's the humidity?
What are the four important temperatures? Warm side, cool side, directly under the basking lamp and overnight minimum.

I have a red foot tortoise and it lives in a table. It has no lid, but I put plexi glass to cover it to help with the humidity stays in. I have a fogger to help keep the humidity up and the plexi glass is over where the tube is and the log thing sits near it. The humidity is 75% right now and the warm side is 85, cool side is 70, and the basking spot is 95.

Also, is the mold/fungus going to be contagious? Should I just throw the whole thing away or am I able to clean it?

I doubt the mold/fungus will do any harm. It's symptomatic of the high humidity that redfoots need. Hopefully one of the redfoot experts will be online soon with advice on how to control it.

I thinks its some kind of molds and fungus too, wood usually gets fungus on high humidity , that why i don' t used wooden stuffs on my enclosure, am guessing that wooden stuff with leaves are for decoration purposes? Suggest used edible plants for redfoots rather than wood, or place it on the warm side

I don't think it'd do harm. Think about a wild redfoot tortoise, with real plants, trees, wood, dirt, everything. There are plenty of mosses, fungi's, bugs, etc. They live just fine, I wouldn't worry about it
