Pardalis Male or female?

Just a short question, is this a male or a female? Hope someone can help..

Is she concaved on the bottom shell?
Tail says female. However, if she was poorly raised in her early years, she could be behind on maturing. I rescued a leopard that had a poor start. She looked and everyone guess female but because she was so delayed in her maturing, she was actually a he once he got the correct care.

This animal is about 11/12 inch or 30cm and 11 years old. I’m about to buy this tortoise so I don’t know the full story if it was raised poorly.. her is a other picture where you can she there is no piramiding on the shell, for me that is a indication that it grownup pretty good i think!?

I vote female because at that size, mine was very obviously male.

If not raised in poor conditions and 5 years or older then it's female by the tail and confirmation if she has a flat carapace or bottom scute.

Thanks all for your answers! I have the tortoise in my possession now and I can tell it’s 100% a female!! 👍
