How do you think this happened?
Was she climbing and dropped on a hard surface? Or accidentally dropped by a handler?
All you can do is find out and take preventative measures so it doesn't happen again, then maybe just gently rub the sharp edges with an emery board.
Are any claws missing?

no claws missing everything is fine

she was not dropped or anything like that

she likes to dig under the decor fairy houses that i place in her enclosure, and when she dig they would fall flat and i think she was climbing over them and the end of her shell got caught and chipped off

Bless her, try and clean the area daily with saline, monitor for any discolouration around the area, keep an eye on her walking, activity and appetite. I’ll tag @Yvonne G and @zovick to see if they have any suggestions.

Don’t suppose you have a photo of her full set up? Might help give us an insight on how this might’ve happened and tips to avoid it happening again🐢💚
