Hello. I’m new to the forum. I just notice the underside of my Hermann (Poe) is pinkish. And I’ve seen a couple different things it could be and I am worried because I can’t find images of shell growth but she’s acting fine. I’ve had her since October and it took her a good month to start eating but ever since then she’s been doing great. Eating, going potty when I bathe her which is every other day. She peed on my yesterday. Walking around a lot when I take her out of her enclose ( which we are building her a table because what I was told to get was wrong). It didn’t look to pink this morning but would laying on a hot rock make it worse? She’s been hanging out under the heat lamp the past 2 days. Hot side is 90 and cool side is 78. At night it’s 68. Any help would be appreciated.

Might be a bruise check my thread my sulcata seems to have something similar dods it lool like blood? Apply little preasure and see if it moves a bit.
Her shell is really hard so when I press down nothing happens..... when I checked on her this morning it doesn’t look as bad. But it was like that yesterday didn’t look bad in the am but was a lot darker when I got home from work

Send a more clear picture does it lool like the one my tortoise has?
It quite like yours. There’s white squiggles all over her shell that have spread over the last week.

Are the squvily line red or just clear squggily line it may be hard water stains and your tortpise may have a bruise
