Pink urates

Hello,
I am a newbie Russian tort mom and I need your help. My tort has always urinated/defecated either in his bath or outside once a day. All of a sudden he is urinating twice a day and the urates are pink (soft, not gritty). No dandelions or red lettuces lately. He is eating very well and active. Not sure if I should be concerned? He eats kale, collard, endive, green bean, turnip green, broccoli rabe leaves, frisee, and zucchini. He refuses any pelleted food. Thanks.
