Please help! (bump on nose)

I rescue this box turtle but something is wrong he had this swelling on his head and this mucus stuff coming out of his side of his face and one side of his nose what can i do has anyone seen this?

Take it to an experienced vet.

I wonder if that could be a botfly larva?

Looks like he has some sort of infection in his nasal cavity. You'll need to take him to a vet and have it lanced, then get antibiotics for infection.

Off to the vet you go, it looks like an abscess or infection. Any number of things could have caused it and it's unlikely that you can clear it up on your own.
