Strange Bump on Salcata Tortoises Nose

Hey guys! So my tortoise has this strange wart like bump on its nose. Anyone know what it might be ? Or how to help? I've attached some pictures. I've had my tortoise for about 8 years and this is the first time I've seen something like this on her.

It looks like an abscess that popped, but that's just a guess. At any rate, it needs to be flushed out, cleaned out and some sort of first aid ointment put on it. Don't allow fly eggs on the spot. If you're not comfortable cleaning it out on your own, take her to the vet. It needs attention.
