Please help gender my tortoise

My tortoise is 7 years old and every time I take Logan to the vets they are unable to identify its sex and i would really like to know.

Female and I think I would find a different vet. If they can't ID the sex of a tortoise, I wouldn't trust them on other things either. They must not have much, if any, tortoise experience.
So tortoises are hard/impossible if they are too young, or have been poorly cared for so stunted/slowed growth. But most adults she be fairly easy, specially for a vet with tortoise experience.
