One of my elongated tortoise has some problem in the bottom of the shell I can see some blood and its cracking. Plz help mee

Can you post a picture of the bottom of shell

Pleaseost a pic. In the mean time put her in a clean enclosure with only paper towel as a substrate, keeping the crack clean and keep her temps and humdity for her species correct.

No she did not get dropped i was giving her a bath and I found out that there was a problem with her shell
