I was just wondering, out of all the tortoises which do you think is the friendliest?

My leopards are very friendly. I think the males more then the females. I notice that in a lot of others tortoises too, the males seeming to be more sociable.

The answer to this question really depends on how you define "friendly"?

In my experience, sulcatas are generally the most outgoing, curious, friendly species.

But you don't really want something that size being TOO friendly.....:eek:

Awww come on now......it's to see if you HAVE food for them. So cynical.
I'm not so sure.
I have that one female that bites me while I'm doing pen maintenance.
I've gotta keep an eye on her....And wear boots!
I think the others might join in if she got me compromised.

My eastern box turtle is has the most personality out of all me turtles. She is very curious and isn’t to shy around people
