OMG my baby sulcata is almost 3 months old and was having his daily soak. Usually I kinda watch him bathe so I can dump the poop water and let him continue to chill but I stepped away to take a call and when I got back he had a turd in his mouth🤢🤢🤢

I tried to quickly rinse it away cuz his mouth is too small for me to try and open without fear of me hurting him but ewww is he gonna be OK? He ate like normal and seems to be chillen but should I be worried?

Since the turd came out of him in the first place, I don't think there is going to be anything in it that will harm him - he is just recycling it !

LMMFAO thank you for that! I was kinda in the same mind yesterday because he's definitely on a controlled diet and I've seen dogs do it but...it was gross and I just wanna make sure he's OK lol. Thank u

That is pretty normal. Often that will turn the area around their mouth black. We factitiously call it "The Dreaded Black Mouth Disease". Its not a disease or harmful in any way, but it scares many new keepers.
