Hey there!
I currently have a 3.5 year old russian tortoise, and recently she has been gravitating more towards the heated side of her enclosure, and she spends most of her time here now. This area is normally around 83-87°. I’m fairly certain I have a 60 watt heat bulb in place. Should I get a heat bulb of a higher intensity, such as a 75 or a 100 watt bulb?

is hanging out there your ambient is prob low.
