My temp of my indoor enclosure isn't as hot as it should be .. I understand that it needs to be 95-105 degrees for the hot part of the day ... I provide them with a simple desk lamp that holds a 60 watt bulb , I was wondering how could I make this warmer ? Should I buy a higher watt bulb? Perhaps 100w? I want to provide the best environment as possible no matter what cost ...

It only needs to be that warm directly under the bulb. Use a bigger wattage bulb or lower the fixture to warm it up a bit.

I think you should consider a different fixture. You need something that will allow you to raise and lower the height of your bulb.

Do you provide UV lighting for your Russians? Or do they get adequate sunlight/outdoor time.
