what's the best protein to give to me Redfoot hatchling? i heard mazuri once a week, but what worms would be best?

also, do most of you feed your hatchlings daily? or every other day

I feed everyday once a day. I do protein about once a week or so. I use Earthworms, scrambled eggs, mushrooms, cooked chicken, and occasionally low fat cat food.

I'm not sure about Redfoot hatchlings and protein.
(Though I've fed my babies up to 20% protein.)
@Anyfoot has much, much more experience in raising baby Redfoot.
