Liver for Protein

Hi alll

Can I feed my torts Liver for a boost of protein, if so cooked or raw. I try to give them a variety with all there food. For protein I give them pinkies,chicken,worms,boiled egg or cat meat. Is there anything else they can have for protein for a change.

What do you feed your tort for there Protein?

I heard a long time ago that you shouldn't use too much organ meat. The reason escapes me as I have a terrible memory.
