Not the best angle to tell, but his shell looks okay. He has started to pyramid a little, but its nothing major, just keep his humidity up and give him as much natural sunlight as you can.
If the gauges say its humid but you don't feel it is, I would recommend getting a digital hygrometer so you have an accurate reading. The substrate should be damp but not wet/soggy. Do you have any sphagnum moss in his hide?
Yes, I have moss all over his enclosure. And I keep misting it to keep it moist, and the meters read high if I leave them on the enclosure floor, but if I set them on the wall of it, they plummet.
