Pyramiding Shell

My new cherry head redfoot is big, a young adult I think,, her shell is not really bad, but is definitely pyramid and the space between her shell above her head is higher than normal I think. Is this die to a deficiancy with food etc?

It's probably due to the fact she was kept too dry in the first couple years of her life. Its nothing that's going to kill her or make her sick. Just cosmetic.
