He is outside everyday for a few hours, then inside is 70/80 humidity and high 80/90 for temp

I got mild pyramiding just like that when I was leaving babies and small ones outside for hours a day too.

I think they do better if kept inside more of the time until they are bigger. Not just in relation to the pyramiding, but better in general.

Looks like some slight pyramiding . Nothing that wont be straightened out with your humid enclosure and regular soaks !
