Question about calcium and mazuri

Some questions:
1) How often to sprinkle calcium on the food?
2) How often to feed Mazuri?
3) Can I offer calcium and mazuri? For example, one day I do dandelions with a sprinkle of calcium and the next day do mazuri?
4) Is there a certain kind of calcium powder that is best?

Thanks in advance! Trying to better my girl's diet

Mazuri should never be an entire meal it’s an add on. I feed twice a day and add Mazuri to two meals a week. Calcium my guy hated so recently I just started adding this https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00CFK4ZP4/?tag=exoticpetnetw-20
Red foots eat so much variation we are lucky! I’d do calcium powder once a week and offer more variety in greens and weeds.

I use Mazuri more like a flavor enhancer, like butter on a potato. I chop up some good stuff that my RF doesn't care for and mix it with Mazuri and bam! He eats it all.

Mazuri affords you the ability to actually add medicines, calcium, etc to it and it will get eaten.
So instead of sprinkling it on the food. Ad it to moistened Mazuri and mash it I up.
Also, many many times I have fed Mazuri as either the main ingredient or the sole ingredient for meals.
Redfoot will do very well on a meal of pure Mazuri if it's all you have available one morning.
Other, more food sensitive species, I simply can't say.

My tort won’t eat any kind of mazuri or zoomed grass, I’ve even bought the Komodo flavoured one and nope, won’t touch it!
Its common for most tortoises to not eat the Mazuru L.S. but the old formula is almost always gobbled up.
What species do you keep?
I remember reading that a Russian tort disliked it.

Mine is a Russian. I’m in the U.K. so I can’t get the Mazuri that you get only one here that is called Mazuri but it’s not the same. I had kind of given up trying but I may offer some again tomorrow.
Do you soak the pellets until mush or leave some consistency to them?

I soak mine pretty mushy but Skurt hated it as well. It took him a few weeks but he relented and now loves it.

Mushy and mashed into a paste.
You can also toss it whole and hard to feed adults.
The L.S. is harder to soften.
