Hello this weird white kinda indent appeared and his breathing is weird too. Any suggestions on what it is and what to do? I fallow all the instructions on here with temps and soaking. Will be 2 in April

Breathing wise you can hear him breathing which is abnormal
They get funny little growth irregularities sometimes. I wouldn't worry too much about that.
About the breathing, sometimes you can hear them breath in the silence of an indoor enclosure. How is he being housed and what are your four temps?

Hot spot is around 95-100. The ambient is 88 right now. Night time is around 80-85
He's being kept in a pretty big rubber storage tub it's warm and humid in it. Have it pretty sealed.
All of that sounds fine to me.

Nothing wrong with being observant and cautious. Keep an eye on appetite and activity level. If all seems normal, you are probably okay.
