Radishes?

Are my radishes from my planter safe for my red footed torts? One is huge!

In my experience, some tortoises will eat them and some will not. That being said, the tortoises I owned which ate them never had any problems from doing so.

I have no clue. Just know that sometimes they can be quite hot. I'd worry about that. Unless you taste test each one first.

Oh man, I harvested one of the radishes that had grown really big in the tortoise garden, and it had little worms/centipede things all over the root! Darn! My human garden section had perfectly healthy baby radishes growing so I gave Artemis one to sample. She l picked it up a shook it! 😳 She even tossed it once.
