Rambo - Our Burmese Star Update

Our Burmese Star, Rambo, recently turned 5 y/o in April and I wanted to give a quick update. He is roughly 8 inches now and weighing in at 1,474 grams as of today. We've had him since he was a hatchling and been lots of fun. He has some pyramiding, but not too bad. He absolutely loves hibiscus leaves and flowers.

Thank you! We are considering another Burmese Star for a separate enclosure. Our male is very outgoing and loves attention. Anytime that I'm inside his enclosure, he follows me around looking for a head rub or shell scratch.

I just noticed it’s been two years since posting about our Burmese Star “Rambo” that we got from @Tom in 2018. He is now 7yrs old and gained around 400 grams the past couple years. We love him and he’s a character.

He looks great! There is nothing more rewarding than seeing one of the babies you've produced thriving and being thoroughly enjoyed by its people. I enjoyed raising the parents of this baby more than words can express, and continue to enjoy them every day. If the people who buy them from me enjoy them even half as much as I do, then I've done a good deed for the world. Thanks for posting this @g4mobile. Made my day.

He is indeed a VERY handsome fellow!
I have 3 of Tom’s 2025 hatchlings and I hope they can be as healthy and robust as Rambo!
