Red foot diet...can and can't eat list...

We have a brand new baby Red Foot and I have been scrambling and scouring everywhere to find out what fruits and veggies it can and can not eat.
Is there a good list of these items in this group somewhere? (I tried some searching, not finding any actual list) My problem with what I've read is not every list on the interweb is the same. Some say mustard greens, some say no mustard greens. Some say strawberries, some say no strawberries or sparingly. Same with many other veggies. Fruit so far seems limited to mango/papaya, melon, some berries, and apples (no seeds). I have other omnivore reptiles, so I like to keep lists for each species on what they can and can not eat.
I'm just so confused on the conflicting information.

Nevermind... I finally found one!

Redfoot can eat almost any fresh and un processed food that you eat.
That's one of the great things about keeping one.
The key is variety.

That's why I'm (we're) here.
Everything you mentioned in your previous post is acceptable food for a RF.
That and so much more. Including some flowers and outdoor weeds. Although most RF don't graze much.
