Wait for a couple of days if he gets worse then take him to the vet.

The pics are too dark for me to tell anything. I advise that you get rid of that ion bulb immediately and replace it with something else. It is a compact UVB source and these bulbs, time and again, have been shown to cause serious eye problems. The best type of UVB source is the sun. Indoors an MVB bulb is very good which will also give you a basking heat. It needs replacing roughly every 9 months to remain effective.

The alternative is a tube type UVB fitting which would need replacement every 6 months to remain effective.

But please take the ion bulb out now... before you have a replacement. That may be the source of some of your problems.

Next get a decent thermometer. A temperature gun type is best and check your temperatures, warm end, cool end and directly under the basking lamp as that is the most likely source of inactivity problems. We also need to know your overnight minimum temperature.

I had let him outside and within a couple minutes he was active. I put a couple of pieces of strawberries and he ate them both. I have ordered a deep dome fixture with the mvb. It should come on Monday and for now I am going to have to house both my redfoots together.
