should i pour some warm water over the substrate and how much!
the whole enclosure or just the warm side?

do i need to dampen and our water on the substrate if my reptafogger is keeping the humidity level 75 and higher.

or should i keep the humidity 75 and higher and dampen the substrate with warm water?

I never wet the substrate, because when I used to, my Cherry Head got shell rot. Now I just mist the plants and the tortoise when he comes out to eat.
