Rehoming

Hello, I am looking to rehome my sisters male Sulcata Tortoise. He is in good health and approximately 40lbs. She cannot longer take care of him due to health issues. She is moving from the Norristown, PA location to VA if anyone knows of anyone that could take him. Please let me know.
