Remodel for Herman....

So Herman should be rustling round soon...and since his outdoor digs sustained some damage during his sleep I figured I would take advantage and do a redo of his summer house.....I this.k it worked out well...however, I will be remind.red tomorrow that I am now a forty five year old chick when my back turns mean....lol....here is a pic or two...this season I will be expanding Herman , Humphrey and Gamaras yards to larger sizes....oh I do not look forward to slinging the t post driver....lol...but the end result is so worth it....

Not a 5 gallon, it is a 35 gallon blue barrel cut in half long ways....he would get stuck in a 5 gallon...lol...dirt mountain base, then half barrel then buried half barrel for some insulation---last year he dug a shallow pallet within the blue barrel, but during the winter there was a cave in on one side ( I believe a squirrel was trying to burrow in as well, so I had to do a re bury....
