Any suggestions on removing fly-tape adhesive off the shell of a very bad tortoise? Lol. I'm going to try just warm water and a soft toothbrush. If it doesn't work, any suggestions?

You could try a little peanut butter. It helps to remove gum and I'm sure it would really hurt a shell. Just wash the peanut butter off with warm water.
I want to hear the story that got the naughty tort into the fly paper.

Haha!!!! I had some gnats in Derby's enclosure, so I attempted to fix it... I placed a coffee mug with apple cider vinegar, and something to hold a "wadded-up" ball of fly-tape. I THOUGHT it was "Derby-Proof". Lol

He's all good, though. It all came off. Warm water, and a soft scrub.
