Does anyone know of the Turtle Tortoise Rescue of Arroyo Grande? Would this be a good option for my male Russian tortoise?

Apparently they have an out door area set up for Russians and have a few running around.

Any insight would be appreciated!

Bob Thomas (who passed away recently) sold his turtle/tortoise ranch and the buyer wasn't sure if he was going to continue the rescue/adoption part of it.
