Respiratory help!

I have a ibera greek tortoise hatchling. 2 months old the last couple of days I've noticed he/she will open her mouth and make an almost squeak noise. He's never done this before and I'm curios to why it started happening. Could it be a respiratory infection? Or what would be causing this to happen?

I ended up taking him to the vet just to be on the safe side since he
Is so young! And he was fine the vet said he's healthy as can be! Guess I'm just to worried about everything!!

Also off the original topic where can I get a cuttle bone? All the pet stores just have ones for birds. I have the zoo med tortoise block but it is way to big for him to even thing about biting! Any help?

Buy the bird cuttlebone, it is the same thing.
