Here is a pic of my newly constructed outdoor pen. It was relatively easy to construct. Each wall section is constructed of standard landscape timbers, with drilled holes at each end, through which I placed inexpensive 12-inch nails, placed upside down with the top timber covering the tip. I also put spacers between the timbers, pieces of 2x4 treated lumber, to let in light, but not enough space for the RT to escape. Plants include coriopsis, hibiscus, gardenia, fern, aloe vera, rosemary, esperanza, thornless prickly pair, sweet potato vine, bleeding heart vine, and some grasses: bluestem, muhley grass, mexican feather,....I had to put a temporary divider to separate the smaller RT from the territorial, larger one.

Looks very nice. Just be sure he can't use the plants in the corners to climb out. Because they will.
