Russian tortoise gender.

Hi can anyone tell me what sex are my two russian tortoises because I am afraid that they are not make.

My guess is male for both. Are they housed together?

The first one is definitely a female. Second one looks female too (I have a male that same size and his tail is twice as long as the one in your photo).

Iooking at it again, I’m thinking female too. For some reason I didn’t realize that they weren’t juveniles or smaller.
