Russian Tortoise gender?

I was told by the breeder that my tortoise was probably a female but they were 100% sure and couldn’t guarantee it. So I’m posting some pictures in hopes that someone can tell me if my tortoise is male or female. She wasn’t to happy that I woke her up but I’m hoping someone might be able to let me know!

How old is your tortoise? You usually can't tell until they are a few years old. That tail is pretty long, so its looking male to me.

Rosie is currently 2; yeahh we are wondering if Rosie is a Rose-he; Rosie also has a bend on the bottom portion of the shell where I heard that males sometimes have a bend cause. Like the bottom shell isn’t flat but more round

It’s not a huge indent but it’s enough to make me question

Male Russians don't get the plastron concavity that some other tort species get. At two years old, you are probably about half way there to knowing the sex.

Way back when, there was a huge guy that played football. . . his name was Rosie (I think Greer). I think your 'Rosie' is a young male.
