My Russian tort has been less active during the past few weeks. Is it because of the oncoming winter and the weather getting cooler? He is an inside tort and I 
have read that it usual for them to be less active during the winter. Is that true? I let him out a couple of times a week. Is it ok to let him roam around the yard when it is cold? Please leave some info
