Russian torts sleeping and not eating

I have two torts m/f.....bubbles and buttercup.....they just burrow into their bedding and stay buried for what's been weeks...i take them out for a soak and they just rebury themselves...I've had them for two years and this is a first....help needed....

Just gave a soak and now buttercup the female is eating her Romain...thank goodness.....bubbles is just sitting there starring at me

The number 1 reason for a tortoise to stop eating and just stay buried is temperature. It is either too hot or too cool in their habitat. Do these tortoises ever get outside time?
