Safe to feed?

Is this safe to give to my Russian tortoise? The leaves are new to me.

I am thinking hawkweeds (Hieracium), Bristly Oxtongue (Picris) or Sowthistle (Sonchus).

A hawkweed I think; it would be easier to see still in the ground.

At any rate it's one of the various chicories and safe.

Okay, I will try feeding it today. I could snap a picture of it on the ground too, but it is surrounded by tall weeds.
