Does this look like a good environment for hatchlings? I just bought a heater, new gravel, a new filter, and a new bulb for the heat lamp. I'm going to get a baby concentric dback terrapin is this ok for him?

P.s. Forget the Oscar he lives in a different tank.

I don't know, their requirements, but do be sure too post a pic when you get him. They are so beautiful and have such great expressions on their little faces.

The gravel you are going to have to remove later on. Once its starts gaining size or even now. They can eat the gravel which can lead to impaction which will lead to death. For bottom decor Pebble/stones larger then their head so they cant eat it. Sand or just bare bottom are safe ways to go.
