I don't understand why you would want to???
Bentonite is what one uses to line a pond so the water doesn't seep out.

What are you trying to achieve by the bath?
Are you asking if it's ok for a turtle to live in a pond that's lined with bentonite? Then the answer is yes, it's safe.
