Well I've been looking for escarole and endive for months and have not found any, anywhere !!!! Nick & I went grocery shopping last night, and I was looking at the Spring Mix section....and to my absolute happiness, I found a pack called Santa Barbara Mix...which has escarole, endive and raddichio in it !!!!!! YAAAAAAAAY!!!
