Please, keep in mind that UVB (required for healthy bone growth) doesn't pass through the glass. You will need either a UVB lamp or sunbath them at the balcony (only during morning hours when sun is not very hot and under your supervision, you may combine soaking and sunbathing but watch closely to avoid overheating them).
Gott itt thank you!

since I live in a building its inside in a sunny patch on the floor but where its kept its really heated
Okay, uvb does not go thru glass and fine mesh screen. So you will need a tube flourescent light for uvb unless you can get her outside for natural sunlight a few times a week.
Having them in the house in an area that gets sunlight shining on the enclosure is a bad idea. You can't control the temp of the heat the sun produces. Move the enclosure out of the direct sunlight so you can control the temp and not cook your tortoise.

Here is some options:
1. EXO-TERRA Sun Glo Neodymium Basking Spot Lamps 50 Watts - Pack of 2 https://www.amazon.ae/dp/B00S6TVGEG...7X3RN86MXAHHTAH4H&starsLeft=1&skipTwisterOG=1
2. Arcadia Solar Basking Floodlight, 75W https://www.desertcart.ae/products/...being-colour-vision-suitable-for-all-reptiles
3. (3 Pack) Fluker's Basking Spotlight Bulbs for Reptiles 100 Watt https://www.amazon.ae/dp/B01LZMFWR0...9Y85W0MMH3NGNX0M0&starsLeft=1&skipTwisterOG=1

You can search the same lamp models on DesertCart/Amazon or you local online stores for better prices and suitable wattage: both ExoTerra and Flukers have 75W versions which is a good start (for smaller enclosure in a warm room I would try 50W first).

You can double-check the lamp with us before ordering.
