Hello! I'm haven't purchased tortoise mixes, but I'm sure other members will come along shortly to post where they buy their tortoise seeds. I just wanted to let you know that I've had really good luck just buying organic grass and weed seeds from amazon. I've bought plain ol' fescue, organic wheat grass, organic barley, Dandelion seeds, clover, mallow, and lots of other tortoise edibles like flowers and squash plants just from Amazon and other gardening catalogues I check out. There's plenty available everywhere if you have an idea of what your tortoise's diet should be, it's all pretty easy to find.

I second the Tortoise Supply site. I had to pull some of the plants because it filled in so well and fast. A small handful goes a long way in a 4'x8' area - don't be too concerned about the small amount of the seed bags.

Check this one out:
http://www.tortoiseforum.org/threads/tortoisesupply-com-testudo-seed-mix-thread.71890/

Here it is on Tyler's website:

Then there is this one:

Both of these two products grow way better than any of their competitors products, produce more tortoise food, and last through our crazy weather extremes. I've tried all sorts of seed mixes from many different sources and these two FAR outshine everything else I have tried.

As mentioned, Tortoisesupply is a great resource, but I have found most of mine through Amazon.
Outsidepride is a great one for clovers, I also ordered a large amount of mallow seeds from them:

Everwilde farms is my favorite for hard to find grass seeds:

Other vendors I have used and had great luck with are The Dirty Gardener & MySeeds.co.

I got the tortoise grazing seed from Tyler Stewart of tortoise supply, along with Russian seed mix. I mixed them together and planted almost a week ago, and they're already growing well.
