Dandelion seeds
There are various seed packs for tortoise food available, look for something with dandelions, ribwort and broadleaf plantains, clover, sow thistle to name a few. You could also try growing your own lamb's lettuce etc.
The packs may say they are suitable for a particular species but generally if they say for tortoises they should be safe for all.
When the dandies and plantains go to seed I collect the seed heads to scatter round my own garden or grow in pots and cover plants easily transplanted form one place to another if you can find a safe fume/chemical free spot to get them.
