Self Contained Fountain

Is there a self contained waterfall system out there? Like, one that is powered by batteries, not using power cables?
I would say that cords are my main complaint about the reptile waterfalls that i have seen so far. I really dont want to drill any holes in my tortoise enclosure to try and run them through...
