ONCE I GAVE THEM CUCUMBER FOR A CHANGE...
NOW THEY WILL NOT EAT ANYTHING THAN CUCUMBER..
I TRY GIVING THEM BEANS CABBAGE TURNIP CAULIFLOWER LEAVES..
THEY JUST PUT THIER HEAD INSIDE WHEN THEY SMELL THEM...
THEY EAT CUCUMBERS AS A TREAT GULP GULP.. NEVER RESIST ON IT..
I ALSO TRIED BLENDING THE CUCUMBER AND PUT IT OVER CABBAGE... BUT THEY JUST SMELLED AND JUST HAVE A PIECE OF IT AND GO AWAY..
I ALSO TRIED GIVING THEM ROSE PETALS... BUT THEY JUST DONT LIKE IT..
TO FILL THEIR STOMACH I TRY GIVING CUCUMBER PEELS...

Welcome, mehulugohil243!

Star tortoises are just beautiful!

I don't know what kinds of food you have available in India, but normally, any kind of dark, leafy greens that you can buy for yourself would be ok to feed a tortoise. Even grass. Now that the tortoises are used to eating cucumber, you'll have to fool him into eating something more healthful. You grind up the cucumber so its mushy, then mix it up with the greens, so the greens are coated with the cucumber.

... or put the greens and cucumber in a blender and make a cucumber mush. Gradually, over time, use more and more of the good stuff and less and less cucumber.

Hello and welcome.

Welcome Mehul, I sure wish someone would give me a couple of stars. Lucky you. Edible weeds would be great if there's an area nearby that is overgrown. Watch out for cobras, though.

Welcome! You are lucky to be given two stars, they are expensive here.
