Shell rot?

Hello. Please help. I would like to ask about my Speedy. Is it plastron crack or shell rot? He is 9 months old.

It isn't shell rot (fungus)
It's a superficial issue of some sort.
You can dab a bit of antibiotic ointment on it if you have any and just monitor it.
To me, it looks like it's already healing.
