Shell rot?

My room mate has a golden Greek hatchling and I'm pretty sure it has shell rot. Could y'all confirm it? And if it is what needs to be done?

Hi....well, in the pic it is hard to get a crisp look...but from what I see, I would say possible....I will bump this thread at hopefully you will get some folks opinions and suggestions from their first hand experience with the "ick"...I have been lucky enough to not have that experience...good luck.....hold on...here is the buuuuuump

I think some members around here have diagnosed similar things as septicemia? doesn't really look like this picture so don't take it as a fact...
